Shipping Policy

We offer pick-up onsite at The Women’s College reception Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.

As the Wizzie Warehouse is run by our students, please note that we endeavour to pack and post all parcels within 5 – 7 business days.

Should you wish to purchase an item of merchandise and require it to be shipped within Australia or overseas, please contact reception@thewomenscollege.edu.au.

Returns Policy

We want you to love our merchandise as much as we do!

Where relevant, all sizing is stated in the size guide. We can offer an exchange in size but cannot guarantee that stock will still be available. Please note that postage of returned goods must be covered by the purchaser, and goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.

Should you wish to exchange your item in person, please contact reception@thewomenscollege.edu.au to arrange a time which will allow us to make sure we have replacement stock on hand, ready for you.

Returns must be received within 14 days of collection/delivery.
